On February 27, 2023 at 6:15 p.m., the Village Council of the Village of Ashville, Pickaway County, Ohio will hold a public hearing to consider an amendment to the contract establishing and governing the Northern Pickaway County (formerly known as Harrison Township) Joint Economic Development District pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 715.72(L) to add certain property to the district.  The public hearing will be held at 200 East Station Street, Ashville, Ohio 43103.  The public hearing shall allow for public comment and recommendations on the amendment.  The following documents are on file for public inspection: (1) a copy of the amendment; and (2) a description of the areas to be added to the district, including a map in sufficient detail to denote the specific boundaries of the areas.  These documents may be reviewed in the offices of the Village Council of the Village of Ashville, 200 East Station Street, Ashville, Ohio 43103
