Why is your role important?

As a council member, I help support and direct the efforts of the Mayor, Village Administrator, and Village Employees. Along with the other council members, I try to plan for Ashville's future while providing services to our residents now.

How does your work reflect Ashville's vision statement?

I believe Ashville is a unique community, close enough to the capital of the state, yet far enough away to maintain a small town atmosphere. People are looking to move here for the good schools and the quality of life.

Why do you like working for Ashville?

I was born and raised here. My wife, children, and I went to the Teays Valley Schools. It is home and it is a very special place. Ashville will always came first in my work as a council member.
